Beyond Clinical Care to Clinical Caring

Our team at Orchard on the Brazos welcomes relationships with like-minded health care professionals who share our values and are searching for a trustworthy, reputable treatment center to which they may refer their clients. We proudly receive referrals from across the U.S.

Here’s why so many providers refer their patients to the Orchard:

Experienced staff. Our clinical team—comprising nurses, counselors, and an on-site physician—are highly experienced at treating those who are recovering from substance abuse and managing co-occurring disorders. Most of our staff are in recovery and have themselves experienced the struggles overcoming addiction, which informs our treatment approach.

Wide range of specialties. Our staff members are trained to address common issues that can play a role in substance abuse, such as failure to launch, marriage counseling, challenges with life transitions, midlife crisis, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

Seamless logistics management. We are in the business of solving problems—and often that includes the potential inability for your clients to get themselves to the Orchard independently. We are happy to facilitate your clients’ travel, whether that means personally transporting them ourselves or organizing flights or car services on their behalf. You name it, we’ll do it. For us, the priority is getting them to treatment safely and quickly.

Exceptional treatment. Your clients will receive the highest standard of care at the Orchard, where they will acquire all the tools, resources, and support necessary to achieve long-lasting health and sobriety. Our programming blends evidence-based and experiential treatment modalities, and we treat each resident individually based on their unique circumstances and needs. Residents have the opportunity to meet one on one with chemical dependency and mental health counselors multiple times per week, in addition to group sessions. Residents also have 24-hour access to our medical team. Furthermore, should residents desire additional support following completion of their initial treatment, we offer extended and outpatient care. Good communication. We understand that you, as a resident’s primary health care provider, want to stay informed on your patient’s condition and progress. With the permission of our residents, we are happy to include you in their treatment process, communicating updates regularly and seeking your input on their care.

After-treatment action plans. Because we care deeply about the success of our residents long beyond their stay at the Orchard, we create extensive after-treatment action plans for our referral partners so they can continue supporting their patients’ recovery. We are also here to provide additional support, if needed.
