The Ponderosa

The Ponderosa is a premium residential room available at The Orchard on the Brazos. The Ponderosa is located on the residential campus, across from the pond, separated from our other residential living quarters. The Pondarosa’s private rooms feature queen size beds with private restrooms.  The Ponderosa also has a private pavilion lounge available to its guests.
